Q: How can I order?

A: You can order easily using our online platform. When you find a product you need, you can add it to cart and go through the ordering process. After the order is ready, you will receive order summary to your email. 


Q. Why should I order online?

A: Speeding up the process. By ordering online you will you will get prices faster and you will be able to go through order confirmation and payment process much faster. This can save days of your time. 


Q. What payment methods can I use?

A: We accept Visa and Mastercard debit and credit cards. 


Q.Do you have the product in stock?

A: All the products which are shown on our site are available. Items indicated by SOLD OUT are not available. 


Q What's the refund policy?

A. Currently due to the virus and for everybody's safety, there are no refunds or exchanges on clothing items. Refunds will only be accepted with items in the original packaging: ACCESSORIES UNDER $10, except the logo mask; all logo masks are final sale. All clothing items are final sale.


Q. What is the best way to contact you?

Q When will my items ship? 

A. We strive to ship all items in a timely manner, however, backorders do occur. Due to the pandemic, orders take 2-3 to process and 7-9 business to ship. If your order is time sensitive, please email [email protected] and we will do our best to rush it through. Domestic/US Shipping is free, free, free. International shipping will be charged a $4.50 flat fee. All orders are shipped from Atlanta, GA.


Q. Do you have a catalog?

A. Currently we do not have a printed catalog, all of our products are listed online. our SBIS Lookbook features customers in our items! 


Q. Why was my card declined? 

A. Credit cards can be declined for several reasons. One we see most often is an error in the "Bill To" address. You must be sure that the billing address and zip code for the credit card is the same as the billing address you are trying to enter Double check the credit card number and the CVV number of your card.


Q. Is my information secure, how do you protect my privacy? 

A. Your information is secure! We use the most up to date security technologies to create a secured connection for all transactions. Also...we never store credit card information in our computers so even if someone could get into our computers they would find nothing! We do not share ANY personal information that we receive on our website, your email address, mailing address and all other information is kept private!


Q. Can I change, cancel or add to an order once its been placed? 

A. No, once an order has been placed and items have been paid for the order is final and you cannot make any amendments. If you need to contact us regarding an order you have just placed, email 1arrebusinessgmail.com with your order number and we will get back to ASAP.
